Falkirk Wheel

The Falkirk wheel is a structure which joins two parts of a canal together which are on different levels. The wheel is named after a town called Falkirk in central Scotland. The height difference between the two levels is 24 metres. Thought I'd make this the first post because a friend showed me this a while back and I think it is one of the most amazing structures in the UK.
